Urgent health problems (physical or emotional) may include non-life threatening sudden, serious and unexpected illnesses, injuries, or conditions which require immediate attention.

This service is available for students only.

Nights, Weekends, and Holidays…

Call After Hours Urgent Care at 936-857-4823 if you think you need urgent care (physical or emotional) when other health services are closed. The after-hours service is provided by EMT's, and they are dispatched to the location of your illness or injury.

After Hours Urgent Care is equipped to offer urgent care services 6pm-8am Monday –Friday and the 48 hours period Saturday & Sunday. If you have a very serious condition that cannot be fully evaluated or treated by the EMT’s, we may arrange to transfer you to a hospital emergency room. In the event that you are transferred, be sure to contact your medical insurance company regarding coverage.

After hours Urgent Care Service is avaliable only for students physcially on University property.

In general, a person who is thinking about whether or not to get help should go ahead and get it. And remember, all talk of suicide is serious and should be shared with someone in a position to help.
